The Infrared Landscapes

This series of images was made using Kodak Black & White Infrared 4 x 5 sheet film. Learning to use a large format camera sealed my love of photography and light. I chose to use infrared film, because I wanted to capture that light wave-length that is normally invisible to the human eye. My hope was to have the viewer pause and appreciate a landscape they may have seen before, but revealed differently through the use of that film.
